Spalding pan European launch

D8 has delivered the Europe-wide launch of Spalding’s new sportswear collection.

Albert Goodwill Spalding opened his first sporting goods store in Chicago in 1876 with a philosophy of “No glitz. No hype”. His signature was innovation and performance improvement. He created the first official National League baseball in that shop and went on to significantly transform the equipment used in the sport.

Spalding’s pioneering spirit in baseball led him to technical innovation in tennis, gridiron football, golf and basketball. His success spans two centuries but the original commitment to improve performance continues today with the introduction of a new sportswear range designed for imprint.

D8 teamed up with Spalding for the European launch of three ranges of performance sportswear, delivering all collateral across five languages, including sales literature, product catalogues, marketing literature, press ads, a Magento-built website and promo films. No hype, no glitz, just exceptionally good.
