D8 Digital
We are pleased to announce that we have launched a new digital division, D8 Digital, having brought in Mark Jennings, founder and managing director of Unco.
D8 has now formed the new division and has also brought on two further staff from Unco, as well as the agency's entire client list.
Mark Jennings said: "Realising that I had to close down my company was the hardest decision I have ever taken but I knew that if I did it then my clients would not be affected and I could make sure my team had a home to go to - rather than battling on and then putting the keys though the letterbox leaving everyone high and dry.
"I did not know at the time how our clients would react or what my options were - to find out that 100% of our clients remained with us, and to receive the very personal messages of support turned a black hole into something workable.
"The options began to show themselves and I was honoured to be offered a number of avenues, from a straightforward job through to backroom start up, but the offer D8 gave me, my colleagues and especially our clients the best home we could possibly have hoped for."
D8 added: "We have great respect for the work that Mark and his team produce so when the opportunity to combine our skills came around we jumped at the chance."
D8 Digital will now join 3D8, our interiors and 3D arm, as part of the D8 team.
