3D8/craftscotland at Saatchi

As the darkness descends and the prospect of a long, harrowing winter looms, it can be pleasing to fondly recollect the dancing, lingering light and burgeoning shoots of springs not long past and that’s what we’re doing here. Our commercial interiors team, ingeniously known as 3D8, has worked with craftscotland since 2009 on their showcase for COLLECT, held every May at the Saatchi Gallery, London. This year’s stand was intended to give visitors a taste of the rich sense of heritage that influences makers living and working in Scotland, and how they embrace – and in some cases pioneer – cutting-edge design practices in response to the digital age and new advancements in technology.
